A little more authentic way of life in Kyoto;
Discover the real Japan at Rinn
Rinn Tenjincho stands in a quiet residential area that is about a 5-minute walk from Ichihime Jinja Shrine. The deities to which the shrine is dedicated are all female, a large part of the reason that it is knows for protecting women and adhering to any wish of its female visitors from all over the country.
This town house has a cocoon motif. We put cocoon-shaped lantern lights and a low table to produce relaxing atmosphere like wrapped in a cocoon. Our most recommended furniture is a cocoon-shaped swing chair. Please enjoy a comfortable swing.
The kitchen space is double-height and there is a skylight which brightens the room.
We left an old furnace for cooking rice called “Okudo-san” in Japanese on the first floor.
Please enjoy spending time in this town house that incorporates features that are both healing and tradition.
