The Kyomachiya hotel type prohibits smoking in all rooms (including e-cigarettes).
Amenities for small children (toothbrushes, slippers, body sponges) are available.
Please ask at the front desk if you require any.
We apologize, but we do not provide gowns for children.
We have a single-piece (one size fits all) gown available.

We can provide additional bedding for an extra charge.

■ Hotel-Type
The front desk at each hotel is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
■ Kyomachiya-Type
Please note that the check-in location differs from the accommodation location.
For detailed check-in instructions, please refer to the message you will receive after making your reservation.
With the exception of Rinn Kyoto Station, the front desk is open from 8:00 to 22:00.
If you plan to check in after 21:30, please let us know in advance.
We will give you additional instructions regarding check-in outside of standard reception counter hours.
Each facility has different items available to loan out.
Items available on a loaner basis: iron/ironing board, adapters, chargers, extra pillows, blankets, etc. Please ask when you check in.
