- Can I smoke in the hotel?

The Kyomachiya hotel type prohibits smoking in all rooms (including e-cigarettes).
If staying at one of our hotels, please limit smoking to the smoking room on the first floor of the hotel.
- Do you have amenities/gowns for children?

Amenities for small children (toothbrushes, slippers, body sponges) are available.
Please ask at the front desk if you require any.
We apologize, but we do not provide gowns for children.

The front desk of each hotel is open from 8:00 to 22:00. *Check-in for Rinn Gion Kenninji Villa takes place at Rinn Gion Kenninji.
Rinn Kyoto Station and machiya residence type
Check-in takes place at the Rinn Kyoto Station reception counter. The front desk is open 24 hours a day.
