※Note The % is the ratio of the penalty charge to the base room charge.

 

In the case of a contract in which the same guest stays for consecutive nights, the basic room charge (or package rate) for all nights will be collected as a penalty charge.
In addition, if the contracted number of days is shortened, a penalty fee will be charged, If the contracted number of days is shortened, a penalty charge for the entire number of nights will be collected regardless of the number of days shortened.

 

In addition, the hotel may set a penalty different from the aforementioned provisions for accommodation packages or specific groups organized by the hotel.

Is there a parking lot?

We do not offer a parking lot on premises.

If you are traveling by car, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot. Note that costs must be borne by you.

A taxi pick-up service is available from Rinn Kyoto Station to the townhouse.

*Please note that this service is not available for hotel-type accommodations. Guests are requested to check in at each facility.

When is check-in, and when is the front desk open?

Check-in from 16:00 to 21:00 (all sites)

Check-out: 10:00

*Hotel-type accommodations (except Rinn Kyoto Station)

The front desk of each hotel is open from 8:00 to 22:00. *Check-in for Rinn Gion Kenninji Villa takes place at Rinn Gion Kenninji.

Rinn Kyoto Station and traditional townhouse-type accommodations

Check-in takes place at the Rinn Kyoto Station reception counter. The front desk is open 24 hours a day.
