When you check-in, we will provide a key for you at the reception counter.

The Kyomachiya hotel type prohibits smoking in all rooms (including e-cigarettes).

Amenities for small children (toothbrushes, slippers, body sponges) are available.

Please ask at the front desk if you require any.

We apologize, but we do not provide gowns for children.
