- What items do you have to offer on a loaner basis?

Each facility has different items available to loan out.
Items available on a loaner basis: iron/ironing board, adapters, chargers, extra pillows, blankets, etc. Please ask when you check in.
- How many sets of bedding do you provide?

The number of futons and bed sets varies depending on the machiya residence or hotel location.

- Additional notes about lodging by unaccompanied minors.

Note that minors under 18 years of age who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian require a parental consent form.
*Note that the hotel front desk itself is not open 24 hours.
Hotel personnel are on site between the hours of 8:00 and 22:00.
- Do you have amenities/gowns for children?

Amenities for small children (toothbrushes, slippers, body sponges) are available.
Please ask at the front desk if you require any.
We apologize, but we do not provide gowns for children.
- Can I smoke in the hotel?

The Kyomachiya hotel type prohibits smoking in all rooms (including e-cigarettes).
- Can I request additional bedding?

We can provide additional bedding for an extra charge.

Per the Kyoto Accommodation Tax Ordinance, which came into effect on October 1, 2018, an accommodation tax must be charged per person per night.
- Do you provide gowns?

We have a single-piece (one size fits all) gown available.
- Can I stay with pets?

We do not accept pets within any of the facilities. If you leave your pet in the car, it may inconvenience neighboring residents, so please refrain from doing so.
